Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) apply to all services provided by Insight Infosystem (“Company,” “we,” “us”) to the client (“Client,” “you”), including Website Design, Mobile App Development, Digital Marketing, Software Development, and Ads Marketing.
1. Appointment & Exclusivity

Upon acceptance of this Agreement, the Client appoints Insight Infosystem as the exclusive consultant for the agreed services.

During the project duration, accounts, credentials, and deliverables shall not be transferred to any other service provider.
2. Quotations & Pricing
-
All quotations are valid for 10 days from the date of issue.

Prices may be revised in case of changes in requirements, third-party costs, or future market conditions.
3. Project Confirmation & Communication
-
Projects will commence only after written/email confirmation from the Client.
-
Verbal approvals will not be entertained.
4. Payments
-
Professional fees must be paid in advance as per the agreed proposal.

Monthly/recurring services must be paid on or before the due date. Delayed payments may result in service suspension.

Final payments must be cleared within 15 days of invoice; otherwise, the project may be discontinued.

All payments are non-refundable once services (design, development, SEO, Ads, or campaigns) are scheduled/initiated.
5. Client Responsibilities
-
The Client must provide accurate content, images, approvals, documentation, and necessary credentials within the given timeframe.

Delays in providing information, authentication, or approvals may cause project delays. If delays exceed 10 days, Insight Infosystem reserves the right to hold or terminate the project.

Only one designated Client representative/executive should oversee communication for the project.
6. Service Scope & Restrictions
-
Insight Infosystem will not promote or develop content related to violence, illegal products, toxic material, political content, or activities prohibited by law.

We are not responsible for customer complaints regarding the Client’s products/services—we only provide technical and marketing services.

For SEO Services, we follow standard tools and algorithms. It may take 4–6 months to achieve ranking improvements, but no guarantee is provided for #1 ranking or ROI.

For Business Listing/Online Reviews, we follow third-party guidelines (Google, Yahoo, Social Media, etc.). We cannot guarantee 100% listing/approval. Resubmission will be done a maximum of two (2) times.
7. Intellectual Property & Source Code

Deliverables remain the property of Insight Infosystem until full payment is made.

Source code/technology will not be provided under the standard quotation. If required, the Client must pay 150% of the quoted amount separately, and in such cases, no technical support will be provided. It is not applicable for SaaS product ,Only Rental purpose.
8. Maintenance & Support
-
Website/App Development includes 365 days of free technical support (Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM).

Support requests outside working hours should be submitted via email at support@insightinfosystem.com or Support through the official support link.

Bug fixes will be entertained for 15 days after final delivery. After this period, additional requests will be billed separately.

Data backup is maintained for 6 days only. Issues must be reported within 5 days of occurrence.
9. Renewal & Add-ons
-
Renewal fees for hosting, domains, licenses, or support must be paid 30 days before expiry.

Any additional requirements, UI/UX modifications, or extra features will be invoiced separately.
10. Limitations & Liability
-
Insight Infosystem is responsible for delivering bug-free applications, but we do not guarantee systems to be hackproof. Clients requiring higher security must invest in SSL, SiteLock, penetration testing, or third-party security tools.

We are not liable for delays, budget overruns, or losses caused by delayed Client responses or missing approvals.
-
We do not guarantee business conversions, ROI, or sales from SEO, Ads, or Marketing campaigns.
11. Term & Termination

This Agreement becomes effective upon receipt of the quoted amount and continues until project completion or service expiration.

If the Client fails to cooperate or delays responses for more than 10 working days, the project may be terminated or rescheduled with revised pricing.

No refunds are applicable under any circumstances once the project has started.
12. Reporting
-
Progress reports, analytics, and project updates will be shared via email on the dates mentioned in the proposal.
13. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging with Insight Infosystem, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the above Terms & Conditions.
